That being said I am still curious of the value of this pistol. This gun is accurate, shoots like a dream and, being passed from my father, i will likely never sell it. This gun was bought from an older man who bought it new and the weapon has seen very little use and shows absolutely no wear minus a tiny bit of holster wear at the muzzle. The stock varnished-walnut grips with the black eagle are installed on this pistol. I have the original box and protective bag for the cylinder but no original box for the gun itself. 22lr cylinder as the "extra" in this case. It is a convertible model with a matching serial-number-stamped. It's serial number is #339007, has the XR3-RED marked grip frame, and is roll-marked "RUGER SINGLE-SIX WIN.22 RF MAG. I've done some homework on it and found out it is one of the "Magnum Only" models that were produced from early '61 to later '62 (corrections welcome lol). For my birthday I received a Ruger Single Six from my father. Hello all! Everyone here seems very knowledgeable about firearms so im confident this wont fall on deaf ears.
